The Visual Music Village

for Visual Music Artists, Writers, and Venues

In 2002, my old friend Martine Chartrand (http://www3.nfb.ca/animation/objanim/en/filmmakers/Martine-Chartrand/overview.php) asked a few "animators" to create their own take on "Take Five." I know that Steven Woloshen agreed to do it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsp8JWxMRLQ), so did I.
I have since made six versions of my sketch, the one presented here being the last one.
Again, this is "only" a sketch, yet another piece that is (hopefully) moving away from the "industrial model" that has taken over much of the world of animation, and the world of Art.
I no longer feel an obligation to create a "finished product."
Viewing it is nothing more, and nothing less, than taking a look inside my sketch book, which you're welcome to.
