Adagietto

"Chaconne" (http://www.vimeo.com/13009787) is a piece that changed my perception of "film time," and "Adagietto" is, possibly, a "next step" in that endless discovery.
Finding/receiving ways of letting things happen as if by themselves, refraining from interfering ("leaving well enough alone"), acknowledging that Art is born of a dialog between the "artist" and the work, learning to listen and "hear/see" what the work itself has to reveal, letting "it" make itself through "me," experiencing time as an elusive and infinite "now" born of a gone past and an unforeseeable future, living (hopefully lucidly) the dilemma of the tension between "flux reclaiming" and "stasis reclaiming," as if swinging constantly between "boredom" and "fear."

The music was composed by Gustav Mahler, his symphony No. 5 in C sharp minor, its fourth movement, Adagietto "Sehr langsam," and is performed by the Berliner Philharmoniker conducted by Herbert von Karajan
