Event Description
World premiere of a recent film by Jean Detheux, "Visual Abstract" at the "Festival du nouveau cinéma" in Montréal.
The film is part of the "Cinémanipulateurs" programme, itself part of the FNC Lab
"Visual Abstract" is the second collaboration between American composer Pierre Jalbert and painter/filmmaker http://www.vudici.net/movies/morphing.html#new123108.
This piece will have, like the previous one, "L'œil écoute," a dual existence, as "film," and as visual component of live concerts (world premiere will be held by "MUSIQA" in Houston, Texas, on January 8, "Real & Imagined").
