First of all I want to say that I don't consider myself as an artist but an artisan because having studied mechanical engineering my approach to an art piece is more like a designer who is drawing a part of a machine, That’s why I consider my work an assembling of different parts and layer .Every details of my work reminds a construction made of many different elements.
Very often I use more than one media such as: metal -wood-paper-adhesive paper -tape-achrilyc-oil-markers ink colors , wiring with LED's and layers of paper to be able to give volume and a tridimensional effect.
I'm also very attract by light, that's why lately I discovered photography and video as a way of componing images with reflection , shadow and contrast going back to the primordial significate of the word photograph meant to be as the art to write with light.
Actually I'm working on a video project made with stand still dv camera capturing night lights. Every video will be sent to various musicians who will perform an original soundtrack inspired by the movements and by the colors of each one.
