PyR 2016 CALL FOR ENTRIES now OPEN!! Deadline is July 31st.
The "most abstract festival in the world" launches its SIXTH international Call for Entries open to Short Films built up ENTIRELY with non-representational imagery. Only Dots & Lines as ends in themselves!
We invite authors to focus on the expressivity of the constituent elements of audiovisual art in its purest state: Colour, Form, Motion & Sound.
Participation is free and the films can be submitted online.
DEADLINE: July 31st 2016.

The SIXTH edition of Punto y Raya Festival will take place from OCTOBER 20th through 23rd 2016 at ZKM (Zentrum für Kunst und Medientechnolgie) (Karlsruhe, Germany) . As always, we'll be hosting a very intense programme featuring the Short Film Competition, other guest Screenings, Academy & Junior activities, and PyRformances (Live Cinema sessions).

absolutely, judith. we're working on it! hopefully, we'll have news regarding the second edition soon. hello guys, I moved our discussion threads to the MAIN forum. This way it'd be easier for everybody to join in, specially if they're not Pyr Group's members. I must ask Oktopus to PLEASE post his film again in the new Punto y Raya Festival forum... sorry about that.

Ciao Balo, welcome to the group :) hello everybody. i'm not sure if you know how to follow up our forum discussions in the Village. (a shortcut here). Actually, we'd appreciate you could help us create new threads posting more dot·line material, suggestions for a new retrospective section, possible new venues for the tour, whatever! If you uploaded your film submitted to Punto y Raya to Youtube (or Google video...) and we haven't included it in our official website or in the forum, please, send me the link when you have the chance (ERRORvideo, links to your films will soon be included in the official web page and have been already included here, thanks!)
