Event Description

"...lilac shrieks and scarlet bellowings..." is the result of the collaboration between Jean Detheux and Mikel Kuehn.
Jean made a silent film to which Mikel composed the music, some of which will be created in real-time during the performance.
Soprano Deborah Norin-Kuehn will be the featured soloist.
Texts by E. E. Cummings form an essential part of the piece, sometimes recited, sometimes sung.
