Steven Woloshen's new short film, The Homestead Act, will screen at the Festival du Nouveau Cinema at the Cinema Parallele. The Homestead Act is part 3 of a 4 part visual interpretation of John Adam's 1947 minimalist music suite, The Shaker Loops.
