“La Tecla del Alma”(The Keyboard of the Soul)

As many of you already know, I have been working closely with the great Italian harpsichordist Paola Erdas for more than 10 years. We have made many movies focusing on the dialog between music and images (hence “The eye listens”, “Ascoltare con gli occhi“, here’s an album with samples of our work.) 

However, we have never worked in real-time together, nor met in person, this is about to change as we will present a live images – music concert in Trieste, Italy, on December 12, 2018.

Our concert, “La Tecla del Alma”(The Keyboard of the Soul), will be the closing event of the festival Wunderkammer, this year titled “Mediterraneo”, a special collaboration between Wunderkammer, the Piccolo Festival dell’Animazione and the Conservatorio Tartini.

To make my participation in this concert as good as it can be, I am conducting a fundraiser calling for donations to help in the purchase of a capable MacBook Pro (if the concert took place within driving distance from Montréal, I have the equipment needed to work, but I cannot take two 27” iMac and more with me on a plane).
