"Carvin' Turkeys in the Midnight Club"

Created in 2009 as a group project in my "Animation ll" class at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, the students experimented on a variety of 16mm film that I supplied to the class. Black leader, clear leader, color and B&W fond footage, as well as film negative, were used to produce a wide range of looks Scratching, drawing and painting on, bleaching and abusing the film in various ways were employed to make this cameraless animated film.
