Maybe to claim to be a flâneur in 21st century Stoke on Trent is a little grandiose, but the principle is the same. These are the people of the city on a normal Friday morning. Nothing is staged. They are simply going about their daily lives, unaware that here, for just a few minutes, we are watching.
