June 8th: Take 2 (full, uncut real-time animation)

We did a second rehearsal/recording with the "June 8th" video set. This one's got a different feel: slower, and more focused on hearing and seeing the YouTube presenters. I also feel like this one flows better as a film.

"June 8th," a real-time, unedited live performance rehearsal turned film by Amy Alexander and Curt Miller. Performed with PIGS: Percussive Image Gestural System (live visuals: Amy) and The Farm (live audio: Curt) systems.
Composed live from over 100 YouTube vlogs and other videos uploaded by the public that day (June 8th, 2018)
PIGS uses MIDI drums, gestural controllers, and custom software to generate real-time animation. The Farm includes a clarinet, talk box, and custom software. See our demo video here: vimeo.com/276764094 . Read more about PIGS (Percussive Image Gestural System) at amy-alexander.com/pigs
