This was the first and only test, shot while I was working there as a media arts professor during the 1990's. It was paid for out of my own pocket. The opening photomation images were all from a book called "SVA Gold, 50 years of Creative Graphic Design", a collection of poster ads for the school by famous artists and designers. They were shot on an Oxberry animation stand as a series of zooming lap dissolves and the super imposed quotes also came from the posters. I ended the piece with a motion graphic of the school's 49/50 logo rolling over and a zoom into the circle of the zero in the 50. That worked as a reveal for time lapse footage that I shot through a fish eye lens with a Bolex camera, of the various media arts production spaces at the school.
The Music is "Flower Power Maximum" by Cracker "Animated Camera" tag:visualmusic.ning.com,2011-05-08:2232935:Video:24444 2011-05-08T21:51:20.547Z Robert Lyons http://visualmusic.ning.com/profile/RobertLyons

This animated film is a showcase for all the diverse creations by the continuing education students of my "Animation Camera" class taught at The School of Visual Arts in NYC during the 1990's.
