I've Had a Headache for Three Days
I have had an incessant headache for three days. Every thing is sounding like clashes of noise, and I get this blurryness in my eyes at times. It makes all the colors bend together, like water on a prism. In the middle of the night, I wake from dreams and what is real and unreal are wrestled in a further confusion. I want to sleep in a quiet darkness for just one minute.
